1. Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the estimated session cost is required to secure any appointment. Deposits are applied to your final session total. Deposits are forfeited if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours notice.
2. Design Ownership
All custom designs created for you by cyrojointhefun.tattoo are drawn specifically for your piece. The artist retains copyright of the original artwork; you receive an exclusive license to wear it. Designs are not reused on other clients.
3. Age & Consent
All clients must be 18 years of age or older and provide valid government-issued identification. No exceptions will be made. Clients must be sober and of sound mind at the time of their session.
4. Health & Medical
Clients are required to disclose relevant medical conditions including but not limited to: pregnancy, blood disorders, skin conditions, allergies, and medications that affect healing or bleeding. The artist reserves the right to decline or postpone service.
5. Touch-Ups
One complimentary touch-up is offered within 6 months of the original session, provided aftercare instructions were followed. Touch-ups required due to client neglect will be quoted at standard rates.
6. Right to Refuse
The studio reserves the right to decline any project, design request, or client at its discretion. This includes work deemed unsafe, hateful, or outside the artist's practice.
7. Liability
By booking, you acknowledge that tattooing involves inherent risks and agree that the studio is not liable for outcomes arising from undisclosed medical conditions, failure to follow aftercare, or normal variation in healing.
